You’re invited! From Saturday, November 30 through Saturday, December 7, Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc., will present its 10th annual signature fundraising event, Gingerbread Festival!
Your support will help us to continue to provide much- needed services to the families and individuals we serve. Wether you want to want to build your own gingerbread house, be one of our sponsors, or join in to vote on the winners.
